How to make cards for a team

    Gather the photos

    One photo per player, facing the camera in good light. A phone photo is fine: the editor removes the background automatically.

    Design the first card

    Pick a template, background, club crest and flag. Add the name, position, rating and stats.

    Repeat for the rest

    “Create another card” keeps the template, background, crest and flag: you only change the photo, name and numbers.

    Add the poster and download

    In the cart, turn on the team poster with the team name and season. Download everything in one ZIP.

An end-of-season gift everyone keeps

In youth football, the last week of the season is remembered for the little things: the snacks, the team photo… and, more and more, player cards. Kids love seeing themselves with their own rating and stats, just like their heroes.

A custom card for every player takes very little time to make and becomes a keepsake that gets framed, laminated or swapped in the changing room.

The team poster

As well as the individual cards, you can make a team poster: a portrait A4 sheet with every card laid out in a grid and, at the top, the crest, the team name and the season (for example “UNDER 10s 26/27”).

It works with any number of cards, from one player to the full squad, and downloads as a print-ready PNG image.

  • Ten poster backgrounds (pitch, stadium, tunnel, smoke and floodlights…), half of them tinted with the club colour
  • Pick the colour of the title and the season
  • Or upload your own background, such as a photo of your pitch

Tips for a professional result

What makes a set of cards look great is consistency: same background, same framing and similar photos.

  • Take all the photos on the same day, in the kit, against a plain background
  • Frame from the waist up, with the head in the top third
  • Use one template for the players and a different one for the coaching staff
  • Keep ratings close between players: it's a keepsake, not a scouting report
  • Print on photo paper or 250–300 gsm card, and laminate them if they'll be swapped

Photos and privacy

Players' photos are never uploaded to a server: each card is put together in your own browser. If you're using photos of children, ask their parents first, as you would with any team photo.

Frequently asked questions

How many cards can I make for a team?

Up to 30 cards per download: enough for a full squad plus the coaching staff.

How much do the team's cards cost?

Right now, nothing: downloads are free during launch. We just ask for an email address to send you a confirmation.

Is there a minimum number of cards for the poster?

No. The poster adapts to the cards you have, from one to the full squad.

Can I add my club's crest?

Yes. Upload the crest as a PNG (ideally with a transparent background) and it appears on every card and on the poster.

Where can I print them?

At any print shop or photo store, or at home on a colour printer. The files are PNGs and print like any photo.
